Mixed Martial Arts Training School

KMA Penrith is a Mixed Martial Arts training centre focused on helping people achieve their fitness and training goals regardless of their current level of skill or ability.

KMA’s Mixed Martial Arts system incorporates a combination of techniques and principles from a variety of styles including Hapkido, Taekwondo, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kali, Wing Chung and weaponry. Hapkido is regarded by many as a complete self defence system and our program covers pressure points, joint locks, sweeps & throws, low and high kicks, and submission techniques.

We have fitness classes for adults and our martial arts classes are for all ages, tailored for 3.5-5 years, 5-12 years, and adults. We can also offer one on one training classes to help perfect any of the skills you need assistance on.

Martial arts at KMA is more than just self defense

No matter who you are; age, size or current ability, anyone has the potential to earn a black belt. Our belief is that martial arts is more than just self defense skills. We believe in a strong mind AND body, in balancing mental and physical well being. We also teach a wide range of life skills to our younger students.

Self defence skills

Combatitive training, not competition focused. Learn real world martial arts skills so you don’t have to ‘play by the rules’. Our techniques are effective anytime and anywhere! We have classes for all ages and skill levels.

Safety & Life Skills

Children learn life skills such as discipline, focus and concentration. Your child will also learn many safety skills including stranger danger, road safety, fire safety, drug awareness, hygiene and personal safety.

Strong mind & body

Gain strength, endurance, flexibility and balance. Improve your muscle tone and lose weight. Reduce stress and increase awareness within your body for overall well being.

Self Confidence

Grow your confidence and self-discpline. Learn to respect yourself and what your body can do, along with respecting others.

Fitness and Stamina

Our high energy classes are designed for those who want to learn effective self defence, along with an exciting way to stay fit and healthy. Start training at your own pace and rapidly improve your overall fitness and stamina.
